Unarmed Security Officer
Location: Washington, D.C.Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour Job Responsibilities: Provide security and protection to assigned locations. Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises via CCTV. Enforce property rules, deter criminal activity, and respond to security incidents. Report and document suspicious activities, hazards, or violations. Assist in emergency situations and collaborate with local law enforcement when needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with residents, guests, or employees. Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid D.C. Security Officer License (SO) or ability to obtain one. Strong observational and conflict resolution skills. Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Armed Special Police Officer (SPO)
Location: Washington, D.C.Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time AvailablePay Rate: $28 - $35 per hour Job Responsibilities: Provide armed security services for residential, commercial, and VIP clients. Conduct patrols and security inspections to prevent unauthorized access. Respond to security threats, alarms, and emergency situations. Maintain detailed incident reports and enforce security policies. Protect property, assets, and individuals in high-risk environments. Coordinate with law enforcement in case of emergencies. Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid D.C. Special Police Officer (SPO) Commission. Must possess a valid firearm permit and certification. Excellent decision-making and crisis-management skills. Physically fit and able to handle high-stress situations. Must pass a comprehensive background check and psychological evaluation.
